PawBridge connects donors with verified rescuers caring for animals affected by war and disaster. A "cloud adoption" is a donation with reporting rights attached — it does not create legal ownership, custody, or any right to take physical possession of an animal.PawBridge 把捐助人与已核验的救助人连接起来，后者照护受战争与灾难影响的动物。"云认养"是一笔附带知情权的捐赠——它不产生法律上的所有权、监护权，也不产生任何实际带走动物的权利。PawBridge поєднує донорів із перевіреними рятувальниками. «Хмарна опіка» — це пожертва з правом на звітність, а не право власності на тварину.

Medical outcomes. An animal may deteriorate or die despite full funding and correct treatment. PawBridge is a technology platform, not a registered charity. TJ NOVA LTD is a UK limited company. Contributions made here are not tax-deductible and are not charitable donations in the legal sense. Funds you contribute are held for, and released in tranches to, the specific independently verified rescuer shown on the case, against the evidence rules described above. We collect only what the service requires: your email (receipts and proof videos), an optional display name, and payment metadata returned by our payment hub. We never receive or store your card number — the hub returns a token and the last four digits only.我们只收集服务必需的信息：邮箱（发收据和证据视频）、可选的显示名，以及收款中心回传的支付元数据。我们不接收、也不保存你的卡号——收款中心只回传一个令牌和后四位。Ми збираємо лише необхідне: email, необов'язкове ім'я та метадані платежу. Rescuers in active conflict zones may redact their exact address from public case pages. Verification still happens privately with us. We do not publish precise coordinates, and proof videos are reviewed for identifying details before publication.身处交战区的救助人可以在公开页面上隐去具体地址，核验仍在我们这里私下完成。我们不发布精确坐标，证据视频在发布前会检查是否含有可识别信息。Рятувальники в зоні бойових дій можуть приховати точну адресу. • Monthly adoptions can be cancelled anytime; the current period is not pro-rated but no further charge is made.按月认养可随时取消；当期不按比例退还，但不再产生后续扣款。Щомісячну опіку можна скасувати будь-коли.
• Frozen cases: if a case freezes and is not resumed within 30 days, every donor chooses refund or redirect to another dog.冻结案例：若案例冻结后 30 天内未恢复，每位捐助人可选择退款或转捐给另一只狗。Заморожені справи: через 30 днів — повернення або перенаправлення на вибір донора.
• Surplus at closing is never absorbed into a general pot — it follows the same donor choice.结案结余绝不进入"总池子"——同样由捐助人自己选。Залишок ніколи не потрапляє в загальний фонд.
